The American Culinary Federation (ACF) is the standard of excellence when it comes to certification. No other certifying body requires a practical exam as well as a written, comprehensive exam. This ad campaign was to attract young, aspiring, and up-and-coming chefs to “Power Your Passion” by becoming certified through the ACF.
